We love spectators and want them at the race to cheer on their favorite athlete.

Here's some tips for getting around the course and assistance throughout the morning.

Race Starts at 7 a.m.

Make sure you get their no later than 6:45 a.m. to locate

the transition area, your athlete, and a good cup of caffeine!

Parking for spectators is a short block south of transition just

off Nippersink Road, north of the Metra train station.

You will not be able to park at transition.

The best view of your racers is outside the transition area fencing - by the lake shore. You'll see them enter the water - hop on their bike - come back from their bike ride - and run the out and back run course. Finish line is very close to transition. Come for the party and fun!

Just follow the RACE CREW instructions while maneuvering the participants on race day. We don't want anyone to get hurt trying to cross the race course.
